Christmas Pudding, Russian Style
This recipe comes from my friend, Bryan Marshall, a Brit who is now happily retired and living in Krasnodar. Bryan had us all over for Christmas dinner and baked an authentic English Christmas pudding with a bit of a Russian twist for desert. Here’s Bryan’s “secret” recipe for Christmas Pudding:
